Services
Digit-Adz delivers productized campaign retainers — Pulse, Command and Flagship — plus a paid diagnostic, as described in the proposal and service contract signed for each account. The platform (app.digit-adz.com) is how the service is delivered and tracked.
Payment and taxes
Setup is 100% upfront; retainers are invoiced on the 1st of each month. Prepaid duration discounts apply only after setup is paid. Taxes follow the client's country (GST/VAT lines on every invoice; reverse charge where applicable). Ad spend is the client's money on the client's own billing profiles — we never float media.
Approvals and publishing
Creative packs are submitted through the approval board with a 24-hour response window; silence is deemed approval. Publishing stays with the desk until an execution pipe is formally connected in writing.
No guarantees
We commit to process — clean tracking, one bet at a time, kill rules, weekly scorecards — not to specific revenue, ROAS, ranking, or platform approval outcomes. Anyone promising those is selling a story, not media.
Pausing and termination
Work pauses at day 7 of non-payment. Either side may end rolling agreements with 30 days' notice; prepaid durations are not refunded. Client data (accounts, pixels, lists) belongs to the client and is exported on request at exit.
Liability
Liability is capped at the fees paid in the three months preceding a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
